Yes! You can take this workshop at anytime from anywhere in the world! You will have access to 3 days of materials, exercises, and video lecture and can take the workshop three days in a row or spread it out.

The self-love workshop is usually $395 but because we are so excited to help you fall in love with you we are offering this three day workshop for only $99!

We will be giving you a three day guide to optimal health! Each day will give you a guided meditation, access to a 15 minute yoga flow, nutrition recommendations, daily 30minute lecture on self-love, and exercises! We will be discussing how to set healthy boundaries and how to know when to set them, self-care, getting to know your higher self and more.
